+ Clean rooms good breakfast. The hotel works with you. + Great customer service and the lady at the breakfast room is constantly cleaning making sure all the food is constantly filled. Great hard working lady:) - When we first arrived they gave us a room that the previous guest smoked in. Not sure how the hotel did not catch that. - Could have more waffle makers, only has one for a busy weekend. Many guest don't have patience especially early in the morning.

Great property with excellent amenities and the best hotel beds we've ever slept on. Everyone had a much-needed perfect sleep and woke up to a solid breakfast. The staff was very helpful!

Upon arriving at the hotel we were concerned based on the neighborhood location; however, we were pleasantly surprised with what we found inside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and modern. The rooms are on the second and third floor of the building which provided an added level of ease and safety. When you exit the elevator and enter the rooms, you will be surprised by the cleanliness and decor of everything. We would stay here again and we would recommend it to others needing to travel on a budget.

We had no idea what to expect when we booked this hotel, as we were visiting LA for the first time. We booked this hotel because of its price and also because it wasn't too far away from the areas we were interested in visiting. This hotel is not situated in a nice area at all, however if like us, you're only looking for a place to stay and be comfortable at night while you go out all day, it's fine. The facilities, once you get in, are quite nice and pleasant and we were very comfortable in our room. If you have a ton of bags like we did traveling with a baby, there's no one to assist you, which sucks, but all in all you pretty much get what you pay for.

Location is a bit outside of city but very near to the universal studios. and differebt other attractions in the city. the rooms are big and clean. breakfast had many options as cereals, bagels, breads, muffins, hot waffles and fresh fruits n juices n coffee. liked it overall.
