I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, courteous and very informative. Valet service was excellent. The cleaning staff went beyond their regular duties. My room was clean and fresh for all nine days. Their buffet was cultural based but still had something for everyone. Darrel the attendant, kept the food stocked and the area clean. I used the fitness room as well as the laundry room, clean and organized. They even have a water dispenser in the lobby, it also contained cucumbers and lemon. The cookies and milk in the evening were great!!! I would definitely go back if I'm in the area, fantastic!!!

Usual great beds and showers, breakfast was well cared for. Amazing outdoor noise reduction... Even though the hotel is right next to a heavy traffic (24/7) freeway, you can't hear it at all. Only downside is parking is valet only.... They say you can park on local side streets, but there really isn't much of that available.

Comfortable room and helpful staff. Despite being near a busy highway the room was relatively quiet. Around 20 minutes drive from universal studios. Can purchase universal studio tickets from front desk. Complimentary breakfast. Valet parking for extra fee around $18 per night.

Stayed at a Wyndham hotel right after this, and liked this Hampton better. Very close to Universal, 20 min drive with little traffic, about $12 Lyft ride each way. Somewhat awkward location, but right off freeway. No option for free parking. Decent breakfast, and while rooms sure their age a little, still very comfortable and very friendly service. Free airport shuttle.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet room, staff was helpful to the max, sending the free airport shuttle for us after we returned our rental car the night before our flight and taking us to the airport the next day. And the included breakfast is always appreciated.
