The staff, particularly Nora & Eva, were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get me a great room at a wonderful value. I was not only impressed with the quality and cleanliness of my room, but also with the pool area. That was the largest pool I've ever seen at a motel, AND it was a heated saline pool! I will definitely stay at this Best Western again when I am in the area!

The best parts of this hotel are the beautiful grounds, full size pool (good for lap swimming), and individual patios and balconies. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds but need updating. Decent hot breakfast. Good location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel for 2 nights. When visiting San Francisco, staying here is a great option....the rooms are clean and decorated very nicely. The pool is much bigger than the average hotel pool...plus it has a hot tub. The hot breakfast included was great too! The hotel is located 7 or 8 miles across the Golden Gate Bridge, so we were not that far from doing all the sightseeing in SF. Directly across from the hotel are restaurants and shops. There is quick freeway access right back onto the 101. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff here is terrific. They are always willing and able to meet our needs. We come to this area frequently for medical appointments for my husband. Yesterday when we checked in the front desk employees immediately came out to help him when they noticed him struggling. The rooms are clean and neat and we appreciate having the refrigerator. The breakfast each morning is a giant plus! The grounds are so pretty - my husband enjoys sitting out by the firepit in the evenings. This location is perfect...just minutes to the Golden Gate bridge and UCSF VA Center. For me???...it soon turns to the proximity of shopping!

We had an excellent experience with Corte Madera Best Western. We used the hotel as a jumping off spot for a visit to San Francisco (by ferry). That proved hassle-free with the free shuttle to the ferry dock and reasonable hotel price for the area. Their buffet breakfast was pretty standard, but the breakfast space was huge, by comparison, which allowed for a much better and more relaxed breakfast experience. Most importantly, we did not have a place to park our vehicle while in the city. Hotel staff suggested we park it where they could keep an eye on it, and they did-so at no charge. This was a relief and much appreciated.
