Friendly and kind staff. Wonderful experience for a first haircut on an active toddler.

My 3 year old sat still for a cut by Mary. I couldn't tell until his hair was wet later but it was very choppy and uneven. I called back and the same stylist offered to fix but I didn't want her making it worse.

Not sure if it was just bad timing on our part, possibly some rude customers were in right before us, but the woman working there was not very nice and was quite unwelcoming (and inspired me to write the first online review of my life). With no one in the store, looked like a good time to pop in and try to get a quick haircut for our daughter, but that was not a possibility according to the woman there. She had a list of things to do, and made sure to tell us that we were gonna wait until she finished them all before the haircut. KInda of weird way to start things off and generally just a unkind atmosphere there (or at least that was my experience), not gonna go back. Gonna try barbershop in Larkspur instead, they seem a bit more eager to take customers' money, and have always smiled when they've taken mine.
