The reception clerk took care of us quickly and got us onto the top floor which we requested. The hotel quieted down at 10 PM as it is supposed to. The breakfast was always ready with plenty of food. The apples/bananas were tasty and the hot chocolate was very good. Nice to have a choice of fruit, cereal and protein. Would also be nice to have 1% or skim milk as a choice on the buffet. I think it was only whole milk offered. Every employee we met on the walk ways over 3 days said hello to us. It is wonderful to have friendly staff. Dishes in room were not clean. I washed everything and it had definitely been used and rinsed off before we got in. Don't know what you can do about that when it is up to the clients to wash their own dishes. But this is something to be aware of before you use the dishes provided.

The location is great for anyone considering Marin County destinations. Short drive to Sausalito and Muir Woods or Stinson Beach which we enjoyed. Hotel has everything you find in a chain Suites, a bit dated but well maintained. Girlfriends and I stayed in the two-bedroom suite. It had plenty of room and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was sparsely stocked so bring your own wine glasses and knives. Staff was excellent. Jose was super to work with and the housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. Great for the price!

Good place to stay. Don't let the "AC" issues mentioned scare you away. I'm a BIG guy and the AC thing is not an issue. The rooms cool down, just not instantly. Don't let that little issue, steer you away from here. The pool and hot tub are awesome. They have an outdoor pool cabana that is really great. With tv's and comfy couches, in the shade, outdoor. Very nice. Breakfast area is huge, comfy, and the food... very tasty. Plenty of options to get anyone on their way. We'll definitely stay again, thanks!

All the staff gracious and welcoming. The spacious suites tastefully decorated. Nice breakfast selection. The pool and inside grounds areas nicely landscaped. The outside seating area a pleasant addition. Quite a bit of noise level within the suite from adjacent suites ... above, below, beside.

Recently stayed for 4 nights with my mom and son while traveling for a wedding. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again. The room was more dated than I expected, but everything was very clean and serviceable. The outdoor areas were beautiful and we greatly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that EVERY staff member who I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They all made sure they did everything they could to make our stay more enjoyable. Also, the breakfast selection made our mornings simple; with choices like eggs, waffles, cereals, muffins, fruit and bagels.
