Hotel was easy to find. Right off the highway. Once I pulled up into the parking lot I noticed how clean the lot was which gave me a great 1st impression. Walking into the lobby we were greeted by Carmen and staff. Real friend and accommodating. When I asked about places to eat she mentioned at least 1/2 dozen places within a mile or 2. Over all stay was great, rooms real clean and the complimentary breakfast was really good. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you

Nice modern clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was standard but good. Rene went out of his way to help my daughter after a vehicle wreck when she had to check back in. Hotel is tucked away in a nice quiet spot. I'll stay there again anytime. Thanks Best Western Harker Heights you are spectacular

Stay at this Best Western quite often. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Especially Rene, he is great. Room was clean, every thing worked and bed very comfortable. Will keep going back.

Very Clean and extremely quiet. Instant hot water and never varies temperature. Good hot and cold breakfast includes waffles. Very nice staff and owner. Overall a 5 star stay.

I stayed here a few times and the manager is the best. She is always friendly and carrying. It’s always a pleasure and the rooms are clean cold ac great space and modern. No complaints here.
