Not a bad price for the room. Staff is very friendly and sweet. Room setup is nice, comes with a fridge, microwave, sink, couch, coffee table, and wall hair dryer. Our first night, we had difficulty getting to sleep since it was so hot. I'm assuming the a/c unit couldn't keep up with the Texas heat but not something I'll complain much about. After all it IS Texas and I've been here long enough to know that is the norm. The only other reasons i marked a star down is that you can hear almost everything going on right next door and outside. And there isn't enough parking to accomodate their guests. I had to park at the Golden Corral but they said it usually happens or to just park at their other Building right next to this one. Overall, great stay. Breakfast was wonderful, everyone is always smiling and greeting you and it's conveniently located where food and last minute purchases are just right behind you.

Hotel staff is nice That’s the only reason they got a star at all. the rooms are not worth the price at all. We had giant cockroach in bathroom, a tub with peeling paint, no hot water and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Seriously. So we complained and tried to check out early and they were going to slap us with a heavy fine (over $250) and so we stayed but are fighting to leave. They switched us rooms and the new room doesn’t have working WiFi but the toilet flushes so I guess that’s nice. I’d avoid this hotel and spend your money ANYWHERE else.

The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean. The furniture is old and worn mostly. The exercise equipment is well maintained . hotel is pet friendly which is why we stay there.

Stayed there for 4 days while my husband and I were looking for a house since he is PCSing to Fort Hood. The hotel was clean and the room was big and spacious. Price was great!!!!!! Our dog had no problems and even was petted by the guest with no problems. Each front desk attendant greeted us with a smile and was friendly the entire time even held conversations with us. Amber was a great help when I left my Apple Watch And didn't remember until I was back in Augusta Ga, she assured me she found it and took down my information to help me retrieve it. we will gladly stay in this hotel again!!!!!

Photos are accurate. Small fridge comes with queen bed; full size fridge, with king bed. Hotel is older but comfortable. I was prepaid but upon check-in, they asked for my card to attach a $100 "incidentals hold." I see from another review that the hold (shows as "pending") is released about 24 hours after checkout. I don't know what incidentals include, will attempt to update when they respond to my text. Free breakfast has ample choices. Cheese omelet is made with American in case you have allergies. Oatmeal, with brown sugar and raisins on the side, real butter pats, cereal, yogurt, breads and bagels, regular and decaf coffees. UPDATE: The breakfast also includes waffles that you make with a batter dispenser and waffle iron. My incidentals hold was removed prior to checkout. It was for damages since some guests have been unnecessarily rough on facilities.
