So let’s start from the beginning when we went to check in. The girl at the desk as for a card to put on file for incidentals (totally normal) I handed her my card and as she is handing it back she tells me it will take $50 off and I will be receiving it back at check out! Ok that’s fine, but I wish she would have told me that before swiping it I would have gave her a different card, but it was a big deal so I let that go. We get back to our room around 330am from a night out and get a phone call asking why we where in a room that was vacant! First off all how would we get in a room with out a key to begain with, not even 10 minutes late we have security knocking telling us we have to go to the front desk because we our not supposed to be in the room we paid for! We go down and she’s says we are fine! We check out and I’m expecting the money to be put back on my card a few hours after check out and it never showed up. So I called the hotel and the lady on the phone tells me the money won’t be put back for 2-3 weeks (not a big deal) but, when I asked why I wasn’t I told that when I checked in she starts laughing and says the girl is kinda new! Then I ask about the situation we had with security and explained to her then need a better system ask what if we would have had our kids with us and was asleep she started laughing again and said well it would have been even more unfortunate but y’all would of all had to leave the room to come to the front desk! The only nice thing about this hotel is the rooms are nice and roomy!!!

Awful experience. The rooms were bad. Our bed head boards were all scratched up and our chairs were torn apart. The pool had caution tape around it and the hot tub was completely closed down and disgusting. As for the customer service, The wait staff in the dining area waited for my grandmother to leave the table before making a pass at my grandfather saying “she was off at midnight if he wanted to meet up after his wife went to sleep.” When we told the management we weren’t comfortable being there anymore they did nothing but toss us a few free food coupons. We won’t ever be back to this hotel. The stay was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Very clean, Nice rooms, quite, friendly staff. Not rowdy at all!! Comfy beds, pillows could always be better, but that's nothing. Breakfast was decent. Overall very nice!

Very clean professional top notch hotel with great service with all smiles and pleasant staff.... Can't wait to return.
