This is a great place to stay! We were there for 6 nights and were very happy with our time there. The hotel is very clean (they even mopped the attached parking garage daily!) and we loved the free breakfast they had there each morning from 6-10am. Usually it was scrambled eggs (sometimes with peppers, sometimes plain and once with sausage), a meat option - bacon always was gone by 9am and would then switch to sausage, cheesy potatoes and hard boiled eggs. Of course there was pastries, toast, make your own waffles, cereal, etc. it was really good every day. The women that ran that room were very quick to keep it clean. Front desk staff were easy to talk to if we had a question, efficient at the check in and out processes and overall very helpful. We used the hot tub several times (it was too hot for me and sometimes had a weird smell which was maybe from the heat or chemicals), but again was kept very clean. They have an exercise room, which we didn't use but saw them cleaning many times when we were on our way out. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff, cleanliness and value for our money. Spent $600 for 6 nights/7 days.

Very nice stay! There was some cosmetic damage to the tub in our room but overall very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately there is some construction going on next to the hotel but being on the third floor and with the ac on, I did not notice it much. A nice middle spot between Universal Studios and Disneyland (takes about 30-40 min to get to each). All in all, I will definitely stay again.

This was a very good and comfortable hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. Overall a very good experience. Size of breakfast hall is small and sometimes there is a wait time for breakfast. If in a hurry keep some cushion for this. We would definitely come back here again.

The location was ok. Out of the way though. The worst feature is the building feels like it's going to fall apart. The walls and ceilings are super thin. Could not get any sleep in this place. One good point, the breakfast was good for what's standard.

The very best in customer relations and customer service best staff best continental breakfast ever for a hotel the I have traveled extensively and have never come across a better Hotel experience excellent location whatever we requested was always granted without any complications or long discussions even when it came to your continental breakfast your staff always accommodated us I am a vegetarian and they went to Great Links to make sure whatever we needed for breakfast it was provided extremely clean and abundant of space in the room will be recommending this location to family and friends whenever they are traveling in the area I also look forward to returning in the very near future this hotel sets the standard for all hotels in my personal opinion Simply the Best sincerely Matthew Carson
