I dropped off and visited a friend staying at this hotel. It was clean and orderly. The location is great because it's not too far from Downtown LA, as long as you have a car, and even without a car, there is a bus that will take you to downtown L.A. running down Garvey. The 7 eleven, gas station, and several restaurants accross the street and within walking distance are also convenient.

i have never been to this place or even heard it yet until my cool friend when guinea pigs fly told me ll the horrible things i never knew off. when i go to LA i will surely skip your company as i would rather sleep on the streets of holloywood and get raped by the homeless than to even spendd a speck of money on yoou racist bigots. when guinea pigs fly was correct in every statment and again, never heard of you people before

On my first day there, I called up room service for an extra pillow. Nobody showed up at all during our 3 day stay. Apparently the front desk was also the room service. I smelled cigarette smoke every time we exit the room. FYI we had an infant checked in with us. I disliked the fact that the male cashier (from front desk) smoking all the time there. The premises are not that big, so when someone smokes, you can smell it anywhere from the hotel. There were no electrical outlets by the bedside table. The TV remote didn't work. The AC smelled foul. The lotion dispenser was clogged and useless. The shower faucet was old and unadjustable. The breakfast selection was limited (even if you go early). There were tea eggs, vegetarian buns, congee, preserved vegetables, ham, waffles and fruits. The bottom of my feet turned black within half an hour after we checked in. While the cleaning lady was doing her job, I noticed that she was using the same grey-colored towel for everything. She even used it on the floor and toilet! The cleanliness is a question here. If you afford it, go to a better hotel.
