A sign outside read "free wifi" after being in a car for 36 hours and needing to catch up on work I checked in. The internet was not loading, I was told they had a service call in for tomorrow but they would not give me the name of the manager. IN the morning it was not fixed. They had lied about the service call. They tried to get us to switch rooms, other residents were told they "didn't know how to use it" and would be shown ow to use it. Running into one of these other guests as he was leaving the parking lot with his laptop in hand he told me no it still didn't work in his room either. They refused to return our full amount for our room. Best westerns are individualy owned so their corporate office customer support could do nothing. STEAR CLEAR! I will be filing a bbb report.
