We stayed 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express Spring Hill for a business trip. The staff was all very helpful and accommodating, both at check in and the morning breakfast crew. The room was very cold and even altering the air conditioner settings did not seem to fix this. They bed was a little lumpy but not awful and there were plenty of pillows but no extra blankets, which was a problem since the room was so cold! The continental breakfast was okay, the eggs were dry but the sausage gravy and biscuits were pretty tasty. I didn't try the waffles, but they looked pretty good as well. Overall a decent stay.

Wonderful staff, Ryan and all his employees were amazing. Hotel extremely clean, nice breakfast selection. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, this is the one. Thank you Ryan for taking such good care of us during such a stressful time with hurricane Irma. I told my neighbors at our clubhouse this is our new storm refuge. I cannot even begin to say how wonderful Ryan and his staff were during Hurricane Irma. Anything we needed they were there. Kept us updated as much as possible. They did their very best during the roughly 12 hour power outage to still provide a cold breakfast for everyone. They even provided sandwiches and snacks for lunch for those that needed food. Rooms were extremely clean and smelled so clean. I would highly recommend them, and will stay here again for sure!

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast and staff was great. We stayed six nights and everything was great . Front desk answered all of our questions about the area , nice and friendly. Price was right.
