Mattresses are new and very firm, not a restful nights sleep for me a medium firmness is my preference. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR FOR THE SECOND FLOOR. Not handicap or elderly friendly. Front desk staff rarely present at the front desk. Continental breakfast is decent but has a breakfast gestapo hovering watching your every move. Makes you feel as if your a theif or your not going to put an extra piece of bacon on your plate. Gives you an  eerie feeling knowing someone is behind you just watching you eat.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff - at reception and breakfast.  We arrived very late and had no issues with getting our room.  Rooms were clean and well maintained.

This place got a remodel with  exterior   and interior. Though not new, it is clean and well designed. A nice breakfast allowed us to actually enjoy an inroim feast. Thanks to Mrs. Lowery for making our stay great!

The property was clean and inviting. Our room was comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of items and staff kept the area clean and replenished food as necessary. House-keeping staff was friendly and efficient. Kayla, at check-in, was wonderful! We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I love the Best Western hotel in newberg , management is great , I was welcome aboard as a new employee . I love to work in the dinning room , I am a friendly happy person , and like to great are guests . with a smile .
It's my pleasure  to serve others .

PS. Today was number 4 working day in dinning area breakfast .
