The rooms are always clean and well supplied, and I just love the feel of the atrium rooms.  When you step out into the atrium, you feel like you're in a small town.  In the evenings there are frequently small groups gathered at the tables playing cards or dominoes or just visiting.  It feels very homey.  I'm quite comfortable letting my 12-year-old son go to the pool while I'm in the room with the door open.  He usually makes new friends at the pool and always uses up all his excess energy!

Clean, remodeled and very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. There was a cook making eggs and pancakes which was a bonus. It was a really big property but well maintained. Although we didn't use it the pool area looked really nice. I would definitely use this hotel if I were in Alexandria again.

This hotel is fantastic, 5 star service and 5 star rooms, I've stayed here a handful of times and I will always come back. The rooms are always clean and they're large enough to make yourself very comfortable. The staff are all very nice and will do anything they can to help you out. Also, this hotel has the absolute best breakfast you'll find in n any hotel in this area, made to order omelets and pancakes with all the trimmings and plenty of buffet style southern food, biscuits and gravy, grits and sausage, with eggs and of course cereal and milk. I always recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, you really get the best service at way less the price of other hotels here!!

I just spend 9 nights here and it was amazing. a few bumps along the way but that goes with any family vacation. the hotel exterior is nice and the staff is very nice and helpful. the room we stayed in was a queen suite. the beds where OK for comfort level. and coffee maker was outdated compared to other best westerns we've stayed at. but it worked. my room was supposed to have a hair dryer but it didn't for some reason? the pools are amazing! and the breakfast is really good, We wished breakfast was open until 10, 7 days a week. other then that we can't wait to come back for our next stay in Louisiana.

Nice hotel for a great price! I Would definitely stay here again if I was coming through. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
