This hotel had horrible customer service and safety issues. After traveling all day I come to check in and the front desk guy is very rude and unfriendly. I get into my room and get settled as I’m dozing off to sleep someone aggressively opens my room door thank God I had the latch on the door when I yelled out they ran away. I immediately called the front desk and he act like he didn’t care he did not try to investigate or anything. He stated that he will just deactivate all keys to my room. How is that solving the solution???? Why do someone have a key to my room ?? Why don’t you know who tried to come into my room?? This is a serious issue.i didn’t get any rest at all..the following morning I spoke with the general manager who stated she was new in her role and she was apologetic. But gave me no solution or accommodations for this horrible experience. Please stay away from this hotel!

Wonderful hotel!  Great decor especially the entryway staircase.  Beautiful!  The price was right, the staff was friendly and rooms were nice.  Couldn't ask for anymore.

The overnight manager is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and courteous no matter what. Will work with you on any issues that are being had. Rooms are quite lovely and get the feeling of serenity. Good place to stay, worth it.

We stay at this hotel often.  The front desk clerks are always helpful to any needs you may have and very courteous.   The breakfast is always hot, and the guy that runs it, is always more than happy to make special orders.  So, if you don't see something you like,  just simply ask for it.  Overall,  great place at a great price!

The hotel is well maintained and a good location. It is tucked away from traffic. The breakfast is typical with three hot items potatoes,nuggets and eggs. The guy at the front desk was kind and there were free cookies. Something about the room and hallway seemed a bit dated but more old fashioned rather than bad. Found a hair in the tub that was not mine.Still had a nice stay. No smells and no noise.
