The 1 star is for the appearance of the place. It all started good, keep in mind this was the 31st of December. Front desk was slow, appeared like one person was in training. Then my time to check in comes and here begins the nightmare. I had 2 rooms reserved with points, suddenly I was being told that because reservation was not in my name I could not check in. Both front desk clerks were rude and not willing to see what could be done. Instead they continued to be rude and help others. I felt discriminated since most of the guests checking in were Caucasian and the clerks were Asian. I was not treated like any other guest. After almost an hour of trying to figure out how to change the reservation to my name I decided to cancel the reservation. Of course they did not hesitate to do so. Never received an apology. Can't rate the place because I did not stay there but who wants to stay in a place where you are feeling unwanted. Never knew what being discriminated against felt like until this day. Service was horrible, worst part was one of them claimed to be the owner of the place. And when I said I would be calling back to complaint for her bad service she just smirked . Horrible experience this was. Never again.

Friendly and efficient front desk staff, nice, clean and spacious room, that comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. It also has coffee packets, cups and a condiment pack including sugar. Bathroom is nice and has dispensed shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Rooms are really quiet as well. Did I also mention the hot shower with great water pressure..like showering at home. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheese, salsa, and nice little selection of baked goods. Worth every penny more than the budget motels.

The location is great, near shops and close to Ontario airport. The staff is very helpful at giving directions if needed, The hotel was very clean and every was well stocked and in working order. One of the best stays I have had.

Went here for a business trip. Check in was quick and simple. The room had everything I needed. Breakfast had good hours for me: 6am-10am. The breakfast had all the basics as well as some things that I look for. I'm all about the yogurt in the morning and it was provided! The internet in the room was decent (and free) but they have a block on video-streaming from YouTube and other channels like that, which is no big deal. Check out took 30 seconds max.

Great hotel! Would spend a lot more usually to get a great hotel that had everything this hotel had. Very clean and roomy. Staff was very professional and pleasant. Will definitely stay again.
