Best Westerns are generally very nice. They are clean, comfortable, offer a competitive price and an extensive free breakfast. Best Western Plus Inn and Suites Ontario, CA is one of the nicest. It exceeded the other chain I have frequently stayed in because of my award points. I am also a Best Western points member and will stick with them after this most recent experience. The staff was far better than in some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in and certainly much more professional than the other similar-in-style chain hotels. I cannot day enough about the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds are so comfortable too and the breakfast is great. In this one, I thought the walls allowed a little too much noise through but it could have just been the room I was in. I’m a light sleeper and still got a good nights sleep every night.

The room was nice. The beds we're comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. It looks like the hotel was recently renovated, but the room still had some old design quirks and the front door was hard to close. The breakfast staff were especially nice and the food was pretty good too.The Hotel seems like a pretty good budget friendly option.

I wish I could give this hotel half of a star. The hotel was bought by the new owners a few months ago and it has gone downhill quickly. Children running and playing in the lounge/bar area and no hotel staff saying anything. Wouldn't surprise me if they were the new owners kids with how no staff asked the parents to have them stop playing and going in different rooms downstairs. Ice machine was broken the 3 days I was there. My first next door neighbor had a full out party in his room. Every few minutes there was another knock on his door with new people. I could go on and on but I took pictures and am writing corporate. It's a shame how bad this hotel changed in a matter of months.

Was in Ontario visiting my sick brother diagnosed with leukemia. My family and I drove from Texas to see him. The hotel staff was amazing. Especially your Front desk supervisor. She was very sincere on wishing me a strong recovery for my brother. I had one small issue with my internet not working on our last night. She call me that morning and apologize and made it wright. She is a great part of your team. Great job of hospitality. I'm sorry I did not remember her name I believe it starts with the letter E. Hotel is in a great location and nice area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice hot breakfast. Thank you!!!!

Great rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast, but hard to get in during the week. The staff are very friendly and makes your stay feel like your staying with family. Tony in the lounge is fantastic. He goes above and beyond to get you what you want. He will make you laugh when you are down and missing family and stressed from work.
