I had a pleasant stay here and would come back and recommend this hotel to anybody! The guest room and over all decor of the hotel is nice, cozy and neat. What I appreciate the most though are the helpful and friendly staff. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times already but the last time we did, we left an item of very significant sentimental value to us. When we called to check if it was there, the staff was very sympathetic and looked all around the room to find it. We all realized that it must've been wrapped up in the sheets unknowingly and the housekeeping staff worked so hard to sort through the laundry and found it! When we went back to retrieve it, the girl at the front desk was very happy to see us and was glad that they had found our item. I believe her name was Vanessa. Anyways, I really appreciate how they went above and beyond for us. This is an wonderful establishment :)

This place is very clean. No regrets at all. Food 8s good. staff is professional and helpful. worth spending money. they try their best to help u. Rooms are super clean and beautiful. no bad smell like cigarette smell. I like this better then 5 stars hotels. Trust me, try it you ll know.

We stayed for one night after a long drive visiting from the Rainforest. The hotel was located next to HWY18 and easy to access to I-5. Great hotel with very friendly staff at the front desk,  room  was very clean and comfortable with a lots of soft pillows, it had fridge and microwave in the room. Two big breakfast rooms with several options and courteous, response staff. Would stay again!

Clean room, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, great free breakfast. Our air conditioner was not working upon arrival at 10:30 pm, so I called the front desk and requested a portable fan or something. Instead, they sent their maintenance person up right away. He could not fix the unit and so he just replaced the whole thing. Was in and out in under 15 minutes! Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a month and I had a great experience. The room is so clean and the staff is personable and very customer oriented. I strongly recommend.
