We enjoy Best Western because we know what the value is. There are some properties that are better than others. The SeaTac location has an exceptional breakfast. The desk attendants at check in were pleasant and helpful. They seemed genuinely concerned about our comfort. The pool area is very appropriate for the area and can be used in all seasons.

My review is pretty limited because we arrived very late the night before a really early flight. We were originally looking for a park and stay option in the area but could not find anything so we arranged to be dropped off at the hotel and used the shuttle to the airport in the morning. I can not comment on the breakfast or restaurant, the parking, the pool, or the return shuttle from the airport as we didn't use those. Everything we did experience was smooth, service was quick and friendly, and the room was comfortable. Check in was a breeze and we were off to our room to get a comfortable nights sleep before our flight in the morning. We scheduled our shuttle spot for 4 am and the hotel had little breakfast bags available for those with early departures before breakfast was ready. The shuttle was very full, but still efficient. One thing of note... the driver did not assist with baggage - not an issue for me, just found it interesting as usually shuttle drivers are very helpful in exchange for tips. Next time I expect to use the park and fly option and will update on my experience then. Overall a nice comfortable stay!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was amazing, with very flexible pick up times and affordable long term parking options. We left too early to take advantage of the breakfast and the staff gave us to go bags to take with us to the airport. The reason my rating is so low is because of the room! The plumbing was so loud we could barely sleep. Sounds of running water flowing through the walls all night. I'm not sure if it's specific to our room and we just had bad luck, but it made for a very restless night.

We stay at this hotel almost always when we transiting through Sea-Tac.  The upgraded breakfast this time was a real standout in terms of variety (fresh melon/pineapple/grapes!  real oatmeal with choice of toppings, etc.) and presentation.  Love the bed and large shower in the washroom.  Staff went out of their way to ensure that we made the 9:30 shuttle.  Shuttle drivers (to/from) were great.

Very clean facilities, rooms were clean and comfortable.  The restaurant had quick attentive service and good food.  The only thing we can say we disliked was that the hall decor was dated but was well maintained.
