Me and my Husband had planned to stay there for 2 nights during our honeymoon road trip because it was cheap. Well, you get what you pay for. The first room we got when we checked in was directly above the office, and it was filthy. There was also a hole in the dresser across from the bed at mattress height. I'll let you guess what that is for. When we mentioned it to the front desk person, she gave us keys to a new room. This one was also dirty, there was hair all over the bathroom, and it had no towels. We decided to leave after that. When I tried to contact the manager for a refund, he wouldn't answer his phone. I finally emailed him and he just told me that the room was non-refundable. No apology. We ended up at the Best Western down the street, and it was great. I would highly recommend staying there.

The service was good, friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The carpeting was new and very nice. However, when I requested the courtesy van to pick me up at the airport, I waited 20 minutes and when I called again (and wasn't put on hold, which happened twice), I was told the van had already been to the airport and made a pick-up and now the van driver was doing an errand to pick up cash and wouldn't be back at the motel for 20 minutes. It was late and I was tired, but I was watching like a hawk for that van. I saw every van that came through, and I know the Travelodge van wasn't one of them. I ended up taking a taxi for $16 to the motel and was informed that the motel would not reimburse me for the taxi.

Location close to the airport is a plus. About 5 minute walk to the transit station where the frequent LINK line will take you to downtown Seattle in about 35 minutes. Rooms are reasonable, WiFi available and pretty good. Beds are fine, breakfast room does not have a lot of sitting area and the offered food is not of great variety but it's sufficient for a lodge of this kind.

Basic accommodations. Shuttle problems from airport. Breakfast offerings sparse. Location convenient. Rates okay in the midst of dramatically overpriced market. Convenient to light rail service. Helpful staff.

Front desk lady was really rude, I am native American and she treated us unimportant like didn't care for our weekend stay, didn't need our business. Not staying there again, reserved two rooms waste of money. Lady needs reality check, and should be cleaner, she don't deserve that job.
