Had a great night at the Best Western in Woburn MA only about 9 miles from Boston . I was in town for a business trip and needed a quick place for the night.  The woman named Katherine who checked me in was super friendly and accommodating.  The room was clean and fresh and the TV  was state of the art!  There was even a great Bar and Restaurant attached called Waxy O Connors with a live band playing.  Since I was travelling alone this made the hotel even more accommodating.  On Sunday Morning I was surprised by the plentiful FREE BREAKFAST, that was hot and delicious, in fact the orange juice was actually REAL, which I loved.  Check out this beautiful view with the snow falling.  I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area, who needs a reasonable and comfortable stay.

Nice, clean place. Good complimentary breakfast menu. Nice overall layout. The room was not totally sound-proof though due to what appeared to be a connecting door to another room.

Was under renovation so cold in lobby and breakfast area. Lock on back door....there was none. One elevator seemed like the air was on while heat in other.  Also the cold one there was a clicking sound. The room was nice and clean missing a microwave but no big deal to us. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If we ever go to area again we will definitely stay again. The breakfast was wonderful. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. I was hoping for a hot tub being it was the coldest it has been since last winter, but enjoyed our stay even with the cold.

Unhappy with my stay. Too long to check in even though I completed an on-line registration. Check-in person, Eric, was trying to be friendly, but way too chatty and kept mentioning that he would call the police if there were any disturbances...really, we are senior citizens. The hotel lobby was under construction and although it was inside construction, the lobby was extremely cold especially while trying to enjoy our breakfast. Rest of hotel staff were extremely helpful. Also, attended a function the night of our stay. No bathroom facilities close to the function and the food wasn't that great.
