Solid hotel for a business trip - friendly and efficient front desk check-in. Rooms are well appointed, including irons that work and proper hair dryers. Front staff accommodated our reasonable requests quickly and happily. No complaints! There is also a Trader Joe's within 5 minutes walk.

Great location and rooms. The staff are friendly. The restaurant has good food. The city/river views are amazing and worth the cost. Sunrise or set on the Charles River is beautiful. There's a Starbucks, Trader's Joe's and Whole Foods nearby. You can also walk to Harvard square on a nice day. The only downside is the small gym

The room was nice and clean, and the location was great. It's a half mile walk from Central Square. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. My only complaint is that the shower head in the bathroom is too low if you are over 6', I had to duck down to wash my hair. The tub also head a bit of a problem draining, but nothing major. Would stay here again.

The rooms were nice, beds are definitely comfortable but there is no room service as in food and you have to pay for parking. There is street parking in front of the hotel which I was lucky to have gotten but if not I would have had to pay to park my car and they don't valet. They also have no pool or robes. So if you are OK with all of the above then overall it is a nice hotel. Staff was very polite and accommodating.

Loved the stay, very nice hotel and rooms were great. Very comfortable bed had a great night's sleep. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Would stay again
