WONDERFUL surprise for last minute stop travelers. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to provide great service. Beautifully updated - almost looks brand new. Photos are EXACTLY accurate which was a welcome, pleasant surprise. Clean rooms and throughout. Clean beautiful, pool area. Great hot breakfast. COMFORTABLE beds! Best deal at this exit!

The room was clean, neat and spacious. The pillows were comfortable (not always the case!). They were 'packaged interestingly, smunched tightly into half of each pillowcase to make a square presentation. That, and the meticulously folded bed covers spoke of extra time being devoted to aesthetics. I did wish for an extra blanket, as the one on the bed was very light. Breakfast was abundant, numerous choices of hot and cold dishes. Most of it was really nice, but the eggs and sausage were over-cooked and not so appealing. The chance to make one's one waffle or pancakes was a nice touch. Over-all, a very nice overnight stay.

Great place to stay when you are driving I-95. The bed was so comfortable and it is really quiet at this hotel. Another nice thing is that there are a couple of restaurants that you can walk to for your evening meal.

The hotel was very clean inside and out. The design was pleasant. The king room was very cool comfortable and the soaps smelled really good! We only had three bath towels and needed four. The pillows were too plump with foam and could not be shaped. Breakfast was very good although the breakfast room was very crowded and we had to wait for a table. The cleanup crew were very nice and mannerly. I would stay here again for sure.

We always choose Best Western hotels when we travel. Traveling back and forth from Pennsylvania, we usually always stay in Santee on our southern leg. Love being able to walk to the Captain's Quarter restaurant. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
