Rooms are updated and clean. Only beef is the onsite restaurant. Not good quality food. Green beans were out of a can. Salad bar looks like they opened up bags of grenade salad. No draft beers. Good price on dock tails though. Got a double Jack and coke for only $11. Was expecting it to be $16.

The air conditioner was pretty noisy. Beds were firm and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and convenient. Had in room Kuerig coffee pot very nice. Kind of expensive.

Pleasant hotel. Friendly lobby staff. Room was nicely appointed, modern looking and clean. Bathroom was fine and it had a real tub mat! However there was almost no pressure from the shower head and the bath mat was old and torn. Another small but important ding. There were no stirrers with the lobby coffee. Nobody around to help during those few minutes. None in the cabinets below. This is a ding because these things don't run out overnight. There's usually a giant box with hundreds of them so there's no excuse that they can't replenish them in time. Also the American flag outside looked terrible. It was really tattered and faded. Unacceptable. Either remove it or replace it. I reported it to the front desk. Let's see how long it takes for them to replace it.

Horrible! Overpriced for the crappy room. Used soap in shower, phone disconnected so you can't order room service, food is frozen cafeteria food just heated up. Paid $180 for room and pet fee. There isn't a designated doggy space even though they are "pet friendly". Just don't waste your money.

Rooms were way to expensive and not cleaned. Complained was told manager would call us and it's been 2 days, no call yet so we know we won't be getting one. Will never stay here again
