I had the best experience with the guys at Best Auto Buy! I live out of state in Utah and I found a Sprinter Van online that I was interested in purchasing to add to my fleet for my handyman business. I called the number I found online and spoke with Mihai who was very friendly and helpful. I explained to him that I wanted to fly to Vegas and purchase the van and then drive it back to Utah. He assured me that they would hold the van for me and everything would be fine. I took a leap of faith and hopped on a plane the next day. I took an Uber to their car lot. The secretary Serena was very friendly and helped me though the paperwork. The initial van I intended to buy was having engine problems so salesman Chris Damian upgraded me to better quality van with less miles. Knowing that I had to travel six hours in the August heat they went over the engine and checked everything for any possible problems. They replaced the compressor on the air conditioning, the serpentine belt, serviced the transmission and fixed several other things to make sure it was safe. While I was waiting for the van to be fixed they let me borrow an Infiniti off their car lot so I could go to lunch and the mall to buy some souvenirs for my family. I flew to Vegas feeling worried and unsure how it would turn out but Chris was really good to work with. They were extremely honest and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that I travelled safely back home. I will definitely be buying my next van for my company fleet from them. It was worth every effort, especially since their prices are thousands less than any one else I could find. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying a used car or van!

This was the easiest major purchase I've made. The people at BAB were really great to work with. I would definitely look at their inventory first when shopping for a used car.

****DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR A CAR****
You're better off going to the BestBuy Auto Auction to purchase a vehicle if you plan on being ripped off. My wife and I went to this place to buy a 2001 Lincoln LS and when we got there, Nik came out and acted like he didn't want to assist us from the beginning. That should've been our warning to get away . I asked if the car would pass smog, he said "Yes, the smog is in the glove box." That was a lie! It was dried up water from the radiator on the ground under the car. I asked Nik if that came from this car or another one. He sent us to the office on Las Vegas Blvd and Nellis to pay for the vehicle. Still claiming that he knows nothing about the car, but he's the "manager". While at the office doing paperwork, we were asked to fill out a slip  stating that we inspected the vehicle and I was uncomfortable with that, but my wife did it anyway. When the lady called Nik to see if everything was prepared for the car, he stated that the car is being smogged now. When we got back to the car, it had supposedly passed the smog check with a broken gas cap. We took the car home and 2 weeks later, it started running hot. The car had a bad head gasket. $1900 for a car that I could have went to the auction and bought myself. Total rip off. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARLOT.
