This place is a rip off. The mechanics keep lying and management here sucks. Please save yourselves the trouble and DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. They will change their story every day and give you BS prices that was never agreed upon. I’m glad I called the cops did and incident report. I will be filing a civil lawsuit on this company. Bad business.

Worse experience ever! Mechanic lied so much about so many things and when we called the cops to file a police report, he disappeared. When asked for the owner, front desk said owner doesn’t have to be there and that she can do what she wants. Owner only showed up when police came and lied to the officer that we agreed to pay more to get our car out! Please stay away from this shop! Don’t ever go here!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER GET YOUR CAR REPAIRS AT MY NENA'S!!! THEY NEVER FIXED MY CAR AND CHARGED ME & MY FIANCEE' MORE THAN $600.00. THEY ALSO TRIED TO TELL ME I NEEDED A WHOLE NEW CONSOLE SHIFT WHEN MINE STOPPED WORKING AND I COULDN'T DRIVE MY CAR. THEY WANTED ANOTHER $300.00 PLUS TO FIX THAT. I TOOK IT TO A FRIEND AND IT WAS ONLY A SCREW THAT COST $14.00. MY NENA'S IS A RIPOFF!!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND ANYONE ELSE THAT WILL LISTEN!!! THEY SUCK!!!

This place is wonderful ! They really know how to take care of their customers . The owners treat you like family . I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who needs to buy a car ,they have options ranging from classics to every day cars. 
The mechanical work I have had done has always been done the right at a decent price .

My Nena's cars is my #1 stop for all my repairs! Ive done all my work here and even purchased a great running vehicle here, they gave me a 15% discount for ALL my repairs because I purchased my vehicle there. Dexter is great and is actually CERTIFIED! I have gone to many other places that have done nothing but scam me and pretend like they are giving me discounts but would actually just add it on to some of my repairs!!!! but here they let me know EXACTLY what is wrong with my car and fix it RIGHT AWAY!
