I'm 54 years old and I've trained with conventional weight lifting and running all my life trying to get stronger. This has put a lot of wear and tear on my body, specifically my entire back.  So far in 3 weeks I'm feeling much more relaxed and my brain is able to control my stress and anxiety.  It's truly an amazing experience. I'm looking forward to the months and years ahead.

Bethany Body & Brain Yoga is an extremely special studio offering diverse classes. I am so thankful I found the studio and I look forward to attending class every day. The classes have provided me with many health benefits. I have been able to focus more, have increased energy throughout the day, sleep better at night, and strengthen my core. Master Lee and Master Baek are excellent instructors who have helped improve the quality of my life significantly. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone!

I have been attending the yoga classes at Bethany Body & Brain for the past 3 months. It's fantastic how quickly my body has responded. My energy and mood much better, even though I have been practicing yoga in other places for years. The mix of stretching, strengthening exercises and meditation, work very well. On top of that, the place is magical. Master Lee and Master Baek are so loving and caring, amazing human beings!

Beautifully combined Tai Chi, Yoga and Meditation.  Through graceful instruction, peace and relaxation builds Energy within.  From that energy you build your Core Strength, Joint Flexibility with Stability.  For me downhill skiing, and water skiing I am stronger.  I have just signed up for my 2nd year!  I feel GREAT, any "issues" I had, have vanished.  I have seen these classes benefit 20 to 75 years of age!   It is fun!  I Love these classes!

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was home.  The studio radiates peace,  acceptance, positivity, health and love.  I have several health challenges, and Masters Baek and Lee immediately showed me how they would help me reach success.  Each day the class is  different, but always focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and core.    Master Lee and Master Baek, a husband and wife team, are amazing!  Their instruction, positivity, caring,  knowledge and encouragement  is boundless!  I'm so grateful to have found this incredible place.  I can tell the difference in my body, mind and spirit!  I have found a new "family" in the instructors and other students!  Please join us, I know you will love it!
