CrossFit Bethany offers high intensity hour long fitness and performance classes accessible to all ability levels. The WOD (workout of the day) is different every day but includes similar movements that have been programmed in different combinations to create the most successful workout for your body and your ability.

Crossfit Bethany is amazing. It truly is one giant supportive family. Everyone from the coaches to the people you work out with pushes you to be the best version of yourself. Very knowledgeable staff and a clean work out environment make for a great overall experience.

CFB has changed my life! Never in a million years did I ever think I would be into this sort of thing, but the minute I walked through the door, my mind was blown. Now, 2 years later, my mind and body have both morphed into something stronger than I imagined! CFB's coaches are attentive and willing to adjust based on your skill levels, which for me were NONE! and its so FUN! I'm glad to have found my new second family.

My home away from home. The community this box has developed is second to none. They focus not only on "Crossfit," but on total personal wellness with available mobility classes, yoga, Olympic lifting, massage, boot camp, crossfit kids and even a nutritionist. I have made life long friends here and couldn't imagine my life without this place.
