Horrible. Made an appointment for my daugher and when we Went there and been waiting for an hour, they told me that a doctor has a preference and he is not seeing kids. Like what? My daugher is 13, not a little baby. And they should tell me that before they made an appointment or before I was waiting an whole hour. So unprofessional. Made me fill out all the paper work, took my insurance card, copy on my license. Than just told me that. But everything happens for the best, I changed the doctor and we went to different location in Aventura. What a difference. I’m sorry to say that but this place looks scary, when you walk in, you feel like you walk in in garbage can. Nasty place and unprofessional people in the front desk. And doctor too for saying that horrible thing, this place should be closed.

Great multilingual caring staff and one-stop, very clean clinic. Love that they have free WiFi and pharmacy on-site too!

Horrible experience. Was treated for back pain here and their solution was to just throw medicine at me. I told them I thought it was sciatic pain because of the lower back, hip, butt and leg pain. I asked if they could recommend a chiropractor and the doctor responded that he "does not believe in chiropractors because the US is the only country who uses them and they clearly don't work". This isn't true by the way in case you were actually wondering. After four weeks of treating me without doing any MRI's, running blood tests (for some reason) and just overall racking up my insurance, I finally gave up and went to a chiropractor. My first visit I had an xray done which revealed a pinched sciatic nerve. Imagine that. I spent over a month in excruciating pain standing at work all day and I continued with this clinic without them revealing my actual issue just so that they could rack up my insurance. I went to the chiropractor twice. TWICE! My pain is completely gone. Wish I had done this right from the start if only I didn't trust them. Please do not go here. They only care about charging your insurance as many times as they can without solving your problem so that they can make money.

Did not wait long and Dr. Hanaberg was ok. Overall from my own experience going once, it was ok (also just did a yearly physical, so not much was done). What upset me was their lack of knowledge (payment wise) and customer service. I was under the impression that the labs was going to be $20. I also asked if I had to pay anything else, which they said no it was only $20. I was told that the results take two weeks to return (actually took about 3 days from when blood was collected to recieving results) so set appointment for two weeks and everything was ok. If results were ready and everything was ok, i believe a phone call from doctor to go over results or a curtesy call saying results are in and to come in sooner would be much appreciated (if they were dab, waiting 2 weeks is less than ideal). A week later I get a bill for the lab work, saying I owe money. I asked the Better Care of Broward Medical Center about it, and the lady who I spoke with over the phone said it was an insurance thing and seemed uncertain about it over the phone (her tone was a bit confused and unhelpful). She did say it should only be the $20, but to ask insurance. Called insurance and they told me if labs are sent out, there is an extra fee. This seems like something the staff should have mentioned when they took my blood. Luckily for me, BlueCross covered most of it, but if I did not have insurance, I would be paying almost $900. When they took my blood, it should have been stated I may be paying more (not that it is only $20) depending on insurance, and to follow up with them (them doing that would be nice, but understandable if they could not if busy, which it appeared they were not busy at the moment) or at least tell me an estimate cost. I do not like false straightforward answers and their whole facility should learn the basics in customer service. Also what happened to my $20? What was that used for? I work in customer service, so I know it can be difficult to please everyone and I understand. What I cannot look past is people lying about costs and giving false information. Saying something as simple as "It is $20 for (here is where they mention ehat my $20 is being used for), but may be more since we are sending it out. Your insurance will cover (this much), but you may need to pay an additional (put estimate range here)." Even if they did not know (which they should), they should have at least be honest and say that they do not then to lie about it so I would do it. Being knowledgeble and truthfull goes a long way, and the Better Care of Broward Medical Center in Dania Beach, FL does not have those qualities (or at least did not demonstrate it with me). I will not be returning or recomending this place to anyone else. Overall, had an average experience with yearly physical, disappointed with customer service and knowledge from the staff.
