I'm only giving two stars simply because I like doctor Sciberras. However, her office staff is terrible. We showed up 35 minutes early to my 3 p.m. appointment... And the office was vacant. Sat around for about 20 minutes until someone peeped their head out the window and said that they were on lunch. Mind you, right on the entrance it says that they are at lunch from 12 to 1 p.m. Okay that's fine, I came early just in case I needed to fill out anything. 3pm rolls around and a girl appears in the window typing on the computer. I asked her if there are any papers I need to fill out while I wait. She says no... and the office staff is on lunch. Yeah... Obviously. I tell her I have a 3pm appointment and she says " no " I have a 3:30 p.m. appointment. Which is false. I have attached my confirmation below. THEN after all this time she tells me that the doctor isn't even there!  I'm a patient person... BUT I'm just blown away at the lack of consideration. I'm paralyzed from the chest down and it takes a lot of effort for me to get to appointments. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my insurance elsewhere... I really liked doctor Sciberras. Shame on you office staff. Just be considerate. SHEESH!
PS. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME TO RESCHEDULE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT.

I went to Dr. Sciberras clinic today, it made my day! She is kind, down to earth resourceful and so is Dr. Wolf. As well as the staff working with her. Great team!

Exceptional, professional and caring. All the virtues you could possibly expect from someone you entrust your health care needs to. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Some might call this great customer service! I would insist on calling it great customer care. I do not feel as though I was merely provided a service, but rather I was cared for. To me that makes all of the difference.

My husband and I just started with Dr. Sciberras but in this short time we have been very impressed. Our past relationships with our doctors have been mostly dreadful but she listened, was kind and honest and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Her office staff seems very nice as well and short times are spent in the waiting room.

Dr.Sciberras is the ***BEST*** doctor I have ever had the pleasure to have an appointment with, She is very attentive and knowledgeable. Her charismatic approach will make anyone feel welcome in her office. She treats problems head on and gives the utmost respect to her patients. She encouraged me to ask questions about what i was going through, and explained things in a way that I could understand.  She is an unbiased, skillful, focused and empathetic doctor that I would recommend to anyone! 5 out of 5 Stars! On top of that the office staff are some of the most action-oriented, ambitious, upbeat people you will ever meet. They devote their time to listening and resolving any problems/questions you may have. To me, they seem like the most modest, passionate, hard-working employees I have ever met. I highly recommend.
