I've been taking my mom to this office for a while and have no complaints about the doctors or nurses - they're great. However, the receptionist and the other ladies in the front are rude and inattentive. Last week, my mom had a doctor's appointment at 8:30am. We arrived 15 or 20 minutes earlier (as one is supposed to do when one has a doctor's appointment). The receptionist asked if she was there for labs. Before my mom even finished telling her that she was there to see the doctor, she very rudely, almost yelled at my mom that the doctor would not be in until 8:30am. Today we went in for labs. They are supposed to call you in order of arrival. My mother was number 6. However, 10 people were called and none of them were my mom. When my mom went to ask the receptionist made it seem like lab person had just skipped her when in actuality she never put my mom's information on the computer, even after having called my mom to verify her date of birth. We were there for one hour and 45 minutes for simple labs after being one of the first one's there. Not only that, but I watched another patient wait about 5 minutes for the receptionist to acknowledge her and give her the follow up appointment date because she was too busy wasting time on the phone. The other girl is always on her cell phone and forgets to give patients paperwork. Honestly, these people need to get their act together.

My insurance assign me to this place. Came today as a new patient and today will also be last time i come to this place front desk are okay but i wish i could give 0 star. I was in this place for 2 half hours and still have not seen doctor  half hpur at frony waiting then called me i was in the room for two hour no one came to see oh u okay or oh he will be there soon nothing after anhour wait inside with my hungry 4year old i went to look for a nurse ask her how long till i have to see doctor she said sorry he will be there soon 40 45 minutes pass nothing so i grab my child went to front desk i ask if they can shredd all papers i sign cause im not coming back she said sorry they only have one doctor. If they yold me this i wouldny have waited i would of been left. Such bad experience I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE . I dont like to write reviews but i just have to on this one horrible

Office is friendly !! Hard to get in touch with the answering service but when u go in the dania office they are awesome :) doctor visits are affordable self pay etc ..I went in and told them what I needed and the receptionist helped me out years of loyalty 👍🏽

I'm giving one star because 0 isn't an option I'm so frustrated that I've been calling for days with no answers they schedule appointment for the wrong facilities and send you referrals to others with appointments that haven't been made your costing me time and gas and all that equals to me losing money I'm done I'm contacting the better buissness bureau and reporting this facility and looking into switching offices!

DO NOT GO to this place ... customer service is terrible, you get the attitude that you have to say thank you that they serve you. Even if they're not busy you still have to wait.  Front desk are always in their personal phone. I had the worst experience at this office.
