BUYER BEWARE IS THE NICEST THING I CAN SAY Dream Finders (DF) changed the sales price, after they had sent us a contract with the agreed upon price. This is being investigated by local and state law enforcement now. Shoddy workmanship, cheap/ substandard materials. DF has partnerships with local termite/ pest control company, who admitted (in writing) that they falsify documents to satisfy lender requirements for closing. To top all of that off, the survey of our property was discovered to have an error 12 hours prior to closing, with two neighbors having had sprinklers of ours in their yards, and their newly installed fences are several feet onto our side of the property line. We've been in the home less than a month, now dealing with subcontractors not showing up at specified (that they set!) appointment times, requiring my husband and I to both take additional time off. All in all, I no longer call these folks Dream Finders-- more like Nightmare Makers!

Dreamfinders is in the process of building our home. We have had nothing but great cooperation and satisfaction with Dream Finders. NEVER a moment of grief.

Hurricane Irma here tomorrow and this builder left all kinds of building materials laying on the ground everywhere. Very dangerous for others that have to live next to their community. I even called them on Friday.

This is Krishna Pulagam, one of Dream Finder customer. I would like to appreciate Mr. Andrew Charlson, who is the sales person assisted and worked with me through out the process of 7 months during the progress of my house build. During the above tenure Andrew assisted me in various aspects knowledgeably and patiently. Lastly but not least, you can count me as one of the Happy customer with Dream Finders and also interested in purchasing once again with your organization in future and refer my friends who are willing to purchase new home, just all this because of Andrew. Thanks Andrew.

Unfortunately, a horrible experience buying, rather was going to buy. Shady practice of bringing potential buyers in, then changing fees that were previously disclosed and even the listing price. Do not pursue buying here if honesty and integrity are important to you!
