Backyard Creations installed our patio room.  And we could not be happier with the professionalism of their salesman and installers. We recommend Backyard Creations to anyone looking to add a screen room or sunrooms to their home. The best part is their price was below the other 5 estimates we got on the project.

I have been using Backyard Creations for screen repairs on my pool enclosure for over 3 years and have had nothing but the best results.  They are on time, do a great job, and clean up after the repairs.  I have found their prices to be very competitive and they are always going out of their way to ensure that your are a satisfied customer.

I just had them complete a new project which was screening in of an upstairs balcony which had angled walls, round columns with caps on both ends, and rounded column caps, and square column tops what had two 90 degree turns on top and bottom.  They spend a great deal of time trying to come up with a plan that would blend in with the house that included a second visit to see which size of metal would work best.  It turned out that their normal supplier did not offer the size we chose in the custom color we needed to match the trim of the house so that the enclosure would blend in.  They went to the trouble to find an alternate supplier that met the requirement.  The day before the installation, they came back and made sure they had the best approach so that when the installation was done the following day it took just over a half a day to complete with a large part of that time climbing up and down the interior stairs to the second flool which they did without ever tiouching a wall with the metal parts.  After the job was completed they cleaned up the work area and left us with an enclosed balcony that was finished better that I expected it could be done because of all the angles and round surfaces they had to deal with.

This is a family owned business that takes pride in their work and making sure the customer is happy.  I highly recommend their work and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Backyard Creations installed a porch for us 5 years ago, and from the moment we got it, it leaked badly where it was connected to the house.  I'm not talking about a drip here and there.  I'm talking 4 large tubs with water pouring into them that had to be emptied frequently. We started calling to request that they come fix it and it took 6 months and repeated phone calls before anyone finally came out.  When they got there, they said it was because we had some leaves on the roof and they asked for a broom and swept the leaves off and left, even though we told them it had leaked even without the leaves.  My son kept the leaves cleaned off on a regular basis and it continued to leak badly - even the day after the leaves were cleaned off. We don't even have any trees that close to the house, so the leaves were minimal anyway.  We called them again, several times for the rest of the year, and no one else ever came back or responded to our phone calls.  We called a roofer who did something that didn't really help much.  We finally just had another roofer come out and he said that the original installation had not been done properly.  After $1375 more, he is guaranteeing that the roof won't leak any more, but we should not have had to pay that.  I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they just totally ignored us after the original job was complete.
