Katherine Lee did an excellent job in guiding my wife and I through the purchase of our first home. She has a clear understanding of the process of buying a home and makes it simple to understand. Katherine also knows the different areas of Kansas City very well and understands the current market and how that affects decisions regarding offers, price, etc.
 
Katherine was also eager and available to show us homes when we wanted to see them with very short notice. Understanding that today's market requires quick action when a new home becomes available, this is critical for an agent to have. We were able to look at houses within hours of them becoming available, no matter the day of the week.
 
Katherine is very polite and was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I highly recommend her!

The most extraordinary incompetence known to man lies right here. They are truly in their position because of the privilege bestowed by the complexion of their skin. I feel sorry for anyone who is wrongfully mislead to this business. The worst realtor experience ever and I have lived in several states, plain and simple the talent is not here!

We were very happy with Lisa. She was honest about the properties were looked at, taking into consideration our needs and wants. She seemed to really have passion for her job and always seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Lisa was aggressive when we needed her to be and extremely detailed with explaining things to us. She helped with parts of the buying and selling processes and our move itself that weren't necessarily part of her job as a realtor. We could not give her a better recommendation.

I had talked to many real estate agents in the past. Most had completely turned me off to the idea of buying a home. Most ignored my budget concerns and most would just send me automated listings and that's it. Mina is super awesome. Above and beyond the call of duty and quick to make things happen with attention to detail and a willingness to explain everything. Anytime she didn't have an answer, she went and found it within a day or two later. You can not find a better person to be the face of your business.

As a manager that will be hiring people from out of state regularly, I will be recommending Mina Steen to anyone in need of help finding a home. She is that good that I can trust her with my name.
