John Kilby was extremely professional and helpful from the beginning. He helped us get our home ready and staged with a plan for the best success. At every aspect of the process, he had an answer and helped us every step of the way. That was so refreshing with our busy lives and getting a home ready to sell.
 
We had to sell our house in a certain amount of time due to relocation. John evaluated our timeline and picked the weekend to put the house on the market, chose the price, and advertised in all of the correct ways. We sold our home in less than 12 hours with multiple offers and a flawless closing. Some would say that it was the current market and our home's location for this wonderful experience. Those 2 variables obviously helped, but I think it was John that made the right calls and timing. We could not have asked for a more better broker or experience.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mary Fox. Mary was a genius in selling our house. She new the market was hot and executed a plan to get us the best value for our house, which we did! Mary really wants the best for her clients, and will do whatever she can to make sure we are satisfied and happy with the process of buying/selling a house.

Brucie Hopkins & Becky Hopkins listened well to what I needed and wanted in my search for a new condo. They did their research to provide me with a variety of options covering my requests while remaining within my budget. As a first time homebuyer, they were patient and understanding while walking me through the process. I would recommend them for their attention to detail and accommodating my list of needs with a professional and personable attitude.

Leslie and Bailey are a great team - their knowledge of the KC market and network of resources is phenomenal and made moving to KC a breeze. They are the easiest to work with, always available, understood my needs and ensured I ended up with the perfect home. I listened to all of Chuck Etem's advice and was able to make informed decisions about what to list the house for and how to proceed when we had offers come in.  His professionalism was impeccable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the KC area.
