I called up Betty's florist and asked for some suggestions on what I can get my Mom for her birthday (I'm on the opposite side of the country) - they went above and beyond and found her an amazing lily plant for her to take care of. She loved it! The presentation and delivery was perfect!

I ordered a floral arrangement with a Thanksgiving/Fall theme for my mother for Thanksgiving.  The arrangement looked full and beautiful in the picture with the right seasonal theme.  This was not the arrangement that my mother received.  The arrangement that my mother received did not look in any way similar to the one I ordered other than the pitcher vase.  The arrangement that my mother received did not have any type of Thanksgiving/Fall theme.  The colors were completely different and it was thin.   I understand substitutions but not when they change the entire theme of the arrangement.  When someone orders under a Thanksgiving theme, they don''t expect it to be substituted with a Spring blossom arrangement but this is exactly what they did!!! I have used this florist before but won't in the future. Extremely disappointed.
