I like going to this Food City because it is close to home. I know where everything is, and can get in & out quickly. The store is clean, and usually well stocked. I love the frozen Ezekiel flax bread, but can't find it, most of the time, at this store!! Would love it if they would keep it stocked on a regular basis!! The fruits and vegetables being good and fresh, it is a hit or miss on!! I have even had to return items the next day, because they went bad overnight or when I opened it, it was already bad!! Produce is the biggest thing that needs improvement!! Hope Food City reads this, and will do better in the future! South Knoxville, Chapman hwy, South Grove Shopping Center store.

I use the US Bank inside this Food City location regularly. It's convenient for a bank and a grocery store to be in the same footprint.

Have always felt welcomed with friendly service here. Store is always clean. Food City offers competitive prices with the benefit of earning fuel points which save you money on a fuel trip. The floral department is always very courteous and creative and can make an arrangement to order at a very good price, much less than other florist shops. The bakery/deli has fresh, tasty product. An on site butcher is there during the day in order to have fresh cuts of meat and can cut the way you like. Haven't tried pharmacy so can't speak on that part. Cashiers are always speedy, accurate, and helpful. Over all good experience and my go to store.

Staff are pleasant and helpful. The store is always very clean. Meat dept. has a nice selection and fresh cuts available. Will also cut to your request. Nice friendly environment to shop.
