They (Lou) used to work at Royal nails when Wal-Mart was open on Craig road. I quit going there because the oldest lady stood over me yelling for a few minutes. I was in tears because I am not going to loose my morals and cuss the old lady out. I simply did not return. Now, the are on Craig by my dentist office. I popped in and noticed Lou and decided to get a fill. As I was looking at my nail.. Because they were uneven HE started yelling at me telling me I can look at them later! Relax. Another customer left because her nails were polished and she was unpleased. They wanted to charge her almost 20 to redo the polish. Not a relaxing place!!!

Please do not waste your time and money on this poor excuse of a nail salon. My mother and I had a monstrous experience. There was a gentleman named "Lou" and he was being extremely rude to my 58 year old mother, she asked him to add more nail polish to her nails & even said she would pay extra for it.. he scuffs, and said "OH NO, I'm finished;I'm done." didn't even care about my mother, just wanting to move on to the next client to earn more money for his crap-ass job. 

Another employee, a lady who was is fairly thick wasn't so kind either. I simply asked her how much was a full set and offensively said, "OH- I don't do full set." I was expecting her to do my nails, I just wanted to know the price. 

As for my nails, they're ruined. There is a lot of discoloration & it's barely been a week of having them. It's as if they painted it in 2 different colors. I provided a photo below.

Save your money & don't waste your time here.

The lady gave a nice massage  but i have had better for the same price  near the strip

Most friendly, clean & professional salon in Vegas. Courteous, awesome staff. I always get EXACTLY what I want. I've lived in Vegas for 45 yrs. & "Susie" does the Best Eyebrows in Vegas!

Lou did my nails for years when he was at Walmart,I love his work, so I followed him to the Beverly Nails....I had an appointment  and he started doing my nails no problem, until the manager brought her client out of the back room and told him to stop working with me and take care of her client! I  couldn't believe he told me to move and wait over there till he finished with her. He must not need my $$$, either that or he has no backbone.  So whatever  I have a new place now.
