DO NOT GO HERE!! I asked for a sew in with a closure. I have very thick, curly natural hair. Instead of taking the time out to properly wash, condition, and detangle my hair (which should have been included since I paid $150), the stylists tried to detangle my hair with a comb and brush. They were literally ripping out pieces of my hair as I winced in pain. When I asked if they could wash my hair first, they said the hot water didn't work. Really? When it was finally time to do the sew in, the girl doing it was soooooooo slow that I could tell she really wasn't good at them. For example, it's 2017...what stylist still cuts the tracks instead of just flipping them over? What stylist just sews a closure down without any type of plucking or preparing? When she was done (a whopping 4 hours later), my closure looked a HOT mess. Worst of all, I paid with 8 20's ($160)...magically, they didn't have the change to give my $10 back. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL HATE YOUR HAIR.
