The owner is extremely RUDE!  I didn't have time to drop off the kids and they were in the  waiting area. I told MY children to sit down and be quiet and not even a minute after I said it the owner takes it upon herself to tell a 4 & 5 year old to sit down and shut up they are being annoying. That wench wouldn't know customer service if it slapped her in the face and kicked her in the ass twice! .When that happen 2 customers walked out. However Sarah ( nail tech) who did my nails was really sweet and did a good job, even though another tech told her to hurry up and do my nails.  I'll never spend any more money there. Just like you didn't want us there we were ready to go...

Nails are good. Haircut...DISASTER. She butchered my hair.  Used the wrong comb, as I have very thick hair, she used a combination that you would use on very thin hair. Looks like I got my hair teased. She trimmed the bottom,  then went up about 4 inches and cut again. My husband was mad. When I called Autumn, she asked me if I wanted to have someone else try to fix it. NO WAY. 
She didn't offer to give me a refund. She blonde "professional"( i use that term, loosely) is apparently the owners friend, so nothing will be done. I told her I wasn't happy with the cut and all she said was, I'm sorry you are not happy. Took my money. I live very close to that shop, will not go back.

I went here to get a mani & pedicure.... my feet  got done & I waa satisfied but the nail tech who did my nails couldn't even do a simple design that I'd settled for from their art on the wall. After failing to do what I'd wished I told her to do a design she was comfortable with & she say there responding "I don't feel like doing a design today" the management say to the side & barely said anything we sat there looking at each other for about 20mins before I asked for a refund & another tech did something simple but I left unsatisfied being charged 50$. This place was horrible I would never recommend anyone to go there

Horrible. The only two associates that know what they're doing is Autumn and Jenny. But they refuse to do pedicure and the only lady who does the pedicures SUCKS ASS. The foot massage literally consists of rubbing lotion on. And she doesn't remove dead skin. She tries to hurry it up and it comes out horrible. Autumn and Jenny are great, but I stopped going because it's not guaranteed that they'll be the ones helping you. I made an appointment with Jenny once, instead I got a guy who didn't know how to do nails one bit and took 3 hours.....needless to say Jenny had to take over and fix them. Overall very unsatisfactory. If you're in a hurry and don't care much how your nails will look, go here. If you care how you feel/and look, RUN!

Horrible experience got my eyelashes done here the lady put way too much glue on my eyes and glue them on my skin I had to pay a lot of money to have them remove and it's was very painful due to all the glue on my skin ,I came and asked for a refund very nicely and all I got was attitude and told that I paid for the service that had been given.
