My negative experience with replacing my master cylinder on my Kia Sorento started with my appointment date and time. I was supposed to have an appointment on a Friday at 2:00pm. I was not called that day or the next, but had to call to inquire myself. I was then informed that the initial check would be completed Monday morning. I did not get a call until Tuesday morning. I was then told that it would cost me over $1,100 for the replacement of my master cylinder, which is incredibly high. When I pushed back, the price was immediately lowered a small amount, but it was still ridiculously high for this service. I was told that it would take 4 hours of labor to replace. I called other service managers at different dealerships and researched it on my own, and discovered that an hour, maybe 2 hours max, is how long it should take to replace this. After calling to complain about the amount of labor, I was told the technician determines cost, then I asked to talk to the service manager. I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes before being returned to the service advisor, who told me there was a miscommunication, and the total would be about half the initial price they quoted me at with just 2 hours of labor (still higher than the average). I find it extremely hard to believe that a simple "miscommunication" would have cost me almost $600. I am assuming I may have been taken advantage of because I am a woman who was assumed to not push back on the cost. The technician should have known a simple master cylinder replacement does not take 4 hours, and the service advisor should have though that that time seemed off, especially after I emphasized how off the price was. However, only after I pushed back 2 times and asked to speak to the service manager, did anything actually happen.

Very positive experience overall, the staff is very friendly apart from 1 or 2 employees. They have a broad selection o vehicles for a small dealer which says a lot. If you're in the market for a Kia or any other type of car I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

The experience was top notch. Heidi internet coordinator, Bobby Sales Manager were a delight to work with. My most recent purchases of cars were BMW, BMW, Acura, Toyota. Beyer KIA experience was better than all four. The whole process was completely transparent, which is highly unusual in the auto purchasing process. No smoke & mirrors here. I was given a fair wholesale price on my trade of my Toyota Avalon.Recommend them without any hesitation. I now have 1500 miles on my Cadenza, no issues, 30+ mpg on highway @ 75+ mph. Most comfortable seats (14 way adjustable) I have ever had. Beats my BMW 5 Series M Sport hands down on comfort!

After much searching and research we bought our 2017 Kia Sedona from Beyer Kia and we were very pleased with the service. They were honest with their pricing, helpful with answering all my questions, offered the lowest price (and you didn't have to qualify for a thousand different rebates to get that price), and we got in and out the door in about an hour and a half - which was very helpful since we had a 2 year old and 2 month old. It was the most pleasant car buying experience we've had. I highly recommend going to Beyer Kia in Falls Church for your next vehicle!

From when I 1st walked in the door, the customer service was outstanding. I felt no pressure to buy, but rather received the necessary details to make an informed decision..  Beyer Kia is the best and I would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a great car and top notch service!!
