Conveniently located and generally reliable. The fellas out back could use some manners and a sense of urgency, though. I dropped my trailer instead of waiting for the guy to play on his phone.

I ordered moving supplies online (boxes, etc.).  The folks in the store were very helpful and helped me load my car both times... I only have a small car, so had to go back to get the second half.  Must go back tomorrow for a couple of things that they didn't have, but given the service today, happy to do so.

The only thing I would suggest, which doesn't strictly apply to this store, but any U-Haul store, is that for someone ordering online, it would be a plus if they had pulled together the order before I arrived.

If I could give 0 stars I would.  

The people at this location were extremely rude.  Also people just hanging out right at the front of the location watching you park offsite so they know which cars will be unattended for some time. Even the picture on google maps shows people just loitering at the entrance to the place. When you are forced to park offsite they just watch. I had them move my reservation and when they moved it they moved it away from my home location even further even though I requested other locations that had the rental I wanted. I eventually called uhaul and had them move it. Everything after that was great. The picture I'm posting is straight up from google maps.

These guys were definitely busy when I came in, but they got me on my way quickly and the truck drop off was easy too. I would use them again.

Took 30 min to get through the line to get my reserved trailer. Price ended up being more than online quote. I've been in the back of the building now for another 30 min waiting for my trailer. Everyone has been very nice, just super slow at 0945 on a Sunday morning. I think they just need more employees.
