DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!  Our experience mirrors the last review.  Good customer service in the beginning, but once they had our order and our money, that’s where it all went downhill.  For starters it took nearly two months to get the doors, and when we did, the product was not what we expected or were sold on.  When we raised our concerns, we were brushed off and were told that we had to pay more for them to fix it.  We begrudgingly agreed, and another two months have gone by and we still have no doors and they have done nothing to remedy the problem.  Customer service is non-existent and we are at our wits end.  If you actually want a door and not a giant headache, take your business elsewhere.

Very helpful and courteous while I was in the shop but the communication fell short after placing the order. It took three months to get the door get it painted and the install is only partially completed at this time.  I had to call at every step of the process to request information and timelines.  It was as if I had been forgotten about because I was a one door job.  The job is still incomplete  three months later

Great Service! Needed a door for my mother in law house that wasn't a standard size and had to be custom cut. The door arrived within a week and looked great! Great Product and attention to customer service! Thanks Rod and Roxanne!

These guys are the best! I 100% rely on BTS for anything to do with my door and window needs. No need to go anywhere else. They always give sound advice. Rod and Roxanne are truly experts in their fields. Thanks!!

We were looking to upgrade the doors and baseboards in our house.  Rod was extremely generous and helpful with his time and knowledge in doing the installation ourselves, hanging the doors properly and installing new casing.  We even got excellent design advice for the architraves above the doors which made the whole house seem new and modern.  We highly recommend Beyond the Studs.  They far surpass the service of the big box stores and at much more reasonable prices.
