Amanda in the Lynnwood store was so amazing. No pressure, and she is very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect spa! And Marty who coordinates the install was awesome too. Everything from the minute we walked into the store, until we climbed into out new Coast spa for the first time, has been so great. And the maintenance on the salt water filtration is very quick n easy! We used Rich's before for our fireplace, and their customer service is why we come back. Thanks Rich's!!!

We needed to replace an old LP stove.  Mom wanted functional, not stylish.  Gas stoves are not cheap.  We were given information on one unit that was being discontinued by the manufacturer. Rich's was able to offer a generous discount.  We were able purchase this and I installed saving $$$.

We went to Rich’s for a replacement electric fireplace insert and met Amanda Hertz as we walked in. 

She worked with us to understand our requirements and showed us several options. Ultimately we chose a newer version of the Dimplex insert. 

She also put us in contact with the installation company, Advanced Installation, Inc. They would do the installation and fabricate the new metal work to cover the voids around the new fireplace insert. 

Advanced Installation showed up on time. They were courteous and respectful of condo and furnishings. They were done and gone in about an hour.  

My wife and I are extremely grateful for the service and professionalism provided by Rich’s and Advanced Installation.

Derrick is the best - follows-through on all he says and offers.  I had ordered a "show" tub and when delivered it was damaged.  I called Derrick and he said it should be perfect and refuse it - which I did.  They (Rich's) immediately ordered me a new tub and when it was delivered it was perfect - great delivery crew and very professional.  I had a bit of problem bleeding the air from the lines and although Derrick was home he walked me through the entire process which took some time - thanks Derrick; awesome job.

Brad was very personable and good to work with. He listened to what I was looking for in a stove and helped me find the best options. I will be returning to get my hot tub from because they have the best product and knowledgable reps that know the product they sell.
