Love the store but some of the staff aren't really friendly. I can understand waiting for 5 minutes if it's a weekend for help but getting to the register, I was talked to at length about registering my military ID with my Lowe's account. Which is fine because the lady did it for me but I didn't have to go through the whole talk of why I didn't.

It's located in and around a ton of homeless activity, probably the cause of the second complaint:  Staff was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and short with answers. Once you got past the panhandlers asking for cigarettes in the parking lot. They'll sell you a year-long protection plan and not honor it when you need to. Watch out for the short haired, red-headed CS lady, she likes to roll her eyes and throw receipts. I'll gladly drive completely out of my way to go to Home Depot from now on. Shame on this branch, management should absolutely do something about their staff.

Personnel from the kitchen department out on training and nobody came and ask me or tell me that they were not there even after 3 workers saw me wondering around for 15 minutes waiting on someone. I had to go ask around to find out. At least instruct someone to let people know or put a sign for everyone to see.

The associates who helped us were kind,  polite and overworked.  Waiting in tool land for 20 minutes because the only person was busy helping  another customer is unacceptable.  We later learned we could have purchased the correct part, only 2 bucks less from Amazon prime easier.  We need to return tomorrow and get the actual door trimmed hopefully it's a better experience or we will just return everything. HINT when someone needs a specific tool and has had difficulty finding it, they need to be walked over the it, more employees not less

I didn't give a 5 due to the checkout system needs to be fixed.  The self checkout can't scan the my Lowes from the app on my phone, and I was unable to pay with my android pay.  I was able to locate my items easy.  Thanks Lowes.
