Ok. Stay Away!
After 3 dumpster exchanges and 3 days of calling and leaving messages about an unauthorized charge on my credit card I got through! The owner says I went over my rental days by 7 days which I thought was crazy because they never answer their phone or respond to messages left to even schedule a pick-up but they are quick to answer for a sales call and they intentionally avoid answering their phone for days at a time if they are familiar with a client because I used another phone. The  3rd rental (I still wasn't informed about my overage from the previous order) I found it on my charge card bill(no receipt was sent and no idea). I told her to come get her dumpster and she says you are over 9 days and they don't even pick up when you want them to pick up. She says it takes about 4 days to pick up! She says she has never had a problem which from the previous posts they are constantly rubbing their customers the wrong way.  I just couldn't believe how they do business with giving there rental clients the run-around or trying to milk a rental as long as possible.

I filed an online pick-up request with BGI on a Friday.  I called on the following Tuesday to verify they had received my request.  They came to my house on Wednesday to pick up the dumpster.  I was told that someone told the driver that the dumpster was not ready and they just drove off ignoring the request I had made to pick it up.  There was no one on my property, so I'm just supposed to take their word for it?  They then charged me $75 for this mystery person telling them to leave, and when I called to complain, I was screamed at, told that they would leave the dumpster on my property until I paid the $75, and then hung up on.  I am astounded that anyone stays in business treating customers like this.

I have used BGI several times and have always been highly pleased with their service. The only roll-off company I use.
