I have been keeping up with the progress of this community for quite some time now and have had the opportunity to interact with both agents. These are two great people to work with and have done such a great job with the community evident by how the community has been selling. The location is much closer to where I work and the neighborhood is very well kept. The layout of the land is very nice as well. I recommend this community for anyone who is looking for good quality homes and great customer service.

Very very bad experience with sales agent M. She is sugar coated, untrustworthy and moody. We are really disappointed with her service and attitude. If you are interested in buying a home in Norris Reserve, be sure to check her mood before proceeding. Avoid that sales agent at all cost. We honestly recommend checking the other century communities. The one star is for the beautiful homes.

Lovely homes. But I was very disappointed that this is DeKalb county and not Gwinett county.

Loved the homes until we found out the school is Stephenson High. The city is Snellville GA 30039 which belongs to the Shiloh High school for Gwinnett.
