I went to Bianca Jewelers because I had a ring stuck on my finger - They were incredibly nice and took care of the problem right away. While having the ring cut off - I browsed their jewelry and it is all beautiful and well priced. They have a great variety of pieces - Some formal and some that are very young / for every day. They resized and recast my ring perfectly. Definitely visit their store!

Anne and Allen did a fantastic job helping me choose the stone and design for my now-fiancee's engagement ring. The service was personal and courteous, and they never made me feel like an idiot in there (even though I know absolutely nothing about these things) -- a big relief after I had inquired at numerous other jewelers. I felt welcome every time I visited the store. And it was prompt service too -- they finished the work well ahead of schedule and, most important, the ring turned out beautiful. She said yes, so what else is there to say? Highest recommendation.

After visiting several different jewelers, I found Bianca to be the perfect balance of expertise and value. Allen took the time to provide a deep education on diamonds and then lead me on a journey to find the right stone. Both him and Anna also helped me build an elegant setting that my fiance and I both love. I'll certainly recommend Bianca Jewelers to family and friends.

My fiance and I were visiting NYC for a few days and stumbled into Bianca by chance. We were in search of wedding bands and were initially just looking to shop around and figure out what we wanted. After over an hour talking with Allen and trying on many different rings, we found the perfect rings. We were impressed with the level of customer service, patience, and expertise that Allen brings. After a few weeks, the custom rings were completed and shipped overnight to house n Chicago.
