Working with Lauren B was one of the best experiences. Me and my fiance met with Lauren in NYC after I fell in love with their rings online. Lauren was the sweetest person, answered all questions, had me try on several rings, and helped us pick something out that fit our budget. After that we moved across the country and actually I ended up changing my mind about the style I wanted, so we continued to work virtually with Lauren. It was so easy and amazing. She was always so quick to answer emails with questions and helped my fiance every step of the way. We are now engaged and the ring is STUNNING. I have never seen anything so beautiful. I get endless compliments on it and I can't stop staring at it. I love knowing that my ring was made by hand just for me. Lauren B Jewelry is one of the most authentic, caring, and timeless jewelers I have been to. We were never pressured or rushed. Everything was on our time, and when my fiance was ready, Lauren was there. I HIGHLY recommend working with Lauren B Jewelry. Even if you have to work with them virtually, they are so helpful that you don't even need to go into the store. Me and my fiance will be customers for life and will be getting his ring from Lauren B as well!

I had a wonderful experience working with Lauren B. in getting a ring for my now fiance. I found a ring that I really loved from their website, made an appointment, went to the store and had the pleasure of having Lauren show me the ring. She was great in getting everything set quickly and the ring was delivered fast. Overall, Lauren took great care of me and I couldn't of asked for a better experience.

I had the best experience working with Lauren B. Lauren was amazing to work with and helped me every step of the way in designing the engagement ring of my dreams! I can't wait to work with her on my wedding band! I had my ring on my finger a week earlier than promised too! She is incredibly responsive and willing to answer any question and give advice. I would recommend Lauren and Lauren B to anyone!

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren on an engagement ring that I needed done quickly. The whole process of it was very easy and she was able to guide me in getting exactly what I wanted to make. They also got done MUCH earlier than I expected. My fiance LOVED her ring and so do I. Thank you so much for making this all happen.

Wonderful experience working with Lauren B! I found their work through Instagram and knew instantly I needed to work with them. I worked with Lauren to design my engagement ring and she was extremely fast to respond to the multitude of e-mails I sent her and was always keeping me in the loop. I really appreciated how she was always mindful of our budget and kept a record of all of our previous communications. When selecting a diamond, she provided three different options all within our price range and all outstanding in quality. The videos they provide are excellent and truly put my mind at ease when working remotely. I would highly recommend Lauren B to anyone!
