The food is good, service is great, friendly employees. My meal was served very hot and fairly quick. I also ordered take-out and had a rather long wait, but it was extremely busy.

I have dined at Biba's for lunch on at least three occasions. I have been mainly pleased with my selections. Their prices are lower than the community average. 
Their handicap parking is farther away from the entrance than usual. It uses parking supplied by the mini center where the business is located.  While this is a negative, it is not a deal breaker. 
If you like Italian, give it a try.  They have a good selection of pizza also.

Love to find new Italian restaurants. This one hits the spot with their eggplant parmigiana on angle hair pasta. My husband had chicken marsala and he said it was perfect as well. Their knot rolls are to die for. Oh and the service is friendly and efficient.

Super slow, food is sloppy and greasy. Clearly tomato sauce is refrigerated and reheated, and every dish we ordered was smothered in red sauce.  We were one of the only tables to sit down at 5:45pm and the last to get our food (two toddlers just waiting over an hour one 10 inch cheese pizza).  It is unfortunate that this is the only Italian option on this side of Milledgeville. Great garlic knots. Hopefully they get their act together soon!
